• Your Email Address is used as a means for authentication.
• Your Mobile Number is displayed to UW5 members who need to contact you to arrange a fixture.
• Your Full Name is displayed to UW5 members to help identify you.

How long do we keep your information?

For no longer than we need to. At the end of the academic year, all data stored in the database will be deleted.

Exclusively the UW5 Executive Team has access to your information.
